Nevada City Uncorked is a showcase of wines produced in the north Sierra Foothill region, the best, least-discovered wine region in California. During Uncorked 17 wineries representing five north Sierra counties will be pouring their signature wines. From Albarino to Zinfandel, Uncorked offers a gateway to the wines from the north country.
Uncorked is not just about wine. restaurants, caterers, and specialty shops offering diverse delicatessen, a cheesemaker, and a chocolatier will offer an array of tasty bites. Consider creamy honeydew melon soup, pulled pork sliders, pasta salad, teriyaki meatballs, and sushi, as some of the delectable food choices.
Nevada City’s Victorian elegance provides the perfect backdrop for this celebration of wine and food. Each venue, whether it’s a historic location, inn, art gallery, restaurant, winery, shop, or secret corner will include wine tasting and food sampling.
