Amador Four Fires Saturday, May 4, 2024, 11:00 to 4:00 - Amador Vintner Association presents Amador Four Fires, a unique food and wine experience, blends open-flame outdoor cooking by local chefs. This event will be held at the historic Amador County. Enjoy over 100 award-winning red wines that have received 90 points or more, received gold medals, and small lot that you can only taste in Amador. Amador Cellars - Our Estate vineyard is in the heart of Amador County’s lush Shenandoah Valley wine country. The property sits at 1500 feet elevation and spans 22 acres with rolling hills of various aspects and slopes. The soils are Sierra sandy loam that derives from granite and quartz. Our property has six Mediterranean grape varietals: Zinfandel, Tempranillo, Mourvedre, Grenache Noir, Aglianico, and Sauvignon Blanc. Stop and taste our various wines.
